The Conditioner Bar is the step after the Scalp Bar. The shampoo goes on the scalp, this one stays on the lengths and ends. It's a round, creamy bar you glide down wet hair a few times, then comb through with your fingers.
Shea butter gives it slip and softness. Grapeseed and olive oils bring shine, panthenol (pro-vitamin B5) helps hair feel smooth, and vitamin E protects the oils in the formula. He shou wu root and arborvitae leaf come from the same herbal tradition as the Scalp Bar's blend.
Leave it on for a minute or two and rinse. Your hair feels soft and detangled, with movement and shine and no heavy coating. Like the shampoo, it's solid: nothing to spill, and it dries on a bamboo dock between uses.
Step by step
How to use it
After washing with the Scalp Bar, squeeze the water out of your hair.
Glide the bar down the lengths and ends a few times. It's a conditioner, so keep it off the roots.
Comb it through with your fingers and leave it on for one to two minutes.
Rinse well.
Let the bar dry on the Bamboo Bar Dock between uses.

Do I have to use it with the Scalp Bar?
No. It works after any shampoo. With the Scalp Bar, the two share the work: the shampoo for the scalp, the conditioner for the lengths.
Why keep it off the roots?
Conditioner is made for the lengths and ends, the oldest and driest part of your hair. On the scalp it can leave hair feeling flat and heavy at the roots.
Is it enough for long or curly hair?
Glide it a few more times on long, curly or coily hair and work it in with your fingers, section by section. Then leave it on a little longer before you rinse.
Can I use it if my hair is colored?
We haven't tested it on colored or bleached hair, so we can't tell you how your color will react. Try it on a small strand first.
How do shipping and returns work?
Shipping is included in the price; there is no separate delivery charge. Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days and arrive in 7 to 12 business days. Import duties and customs fees are paid by us. If a carrier ever asks you for any, contact us and we will cover it in full. Unopened products in their original condition, and an unused Scalp Massager or Bamboo Bar Dock, can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, an opened or used Scalp Bar, Conditioner Bar or Scalp Oil cannot be returned. A defective, damaged or wrong item is replaced or refunded, even if opened.
