This page tells you who runs this website and who sells you OREUM products. OREUM is a brand of Dracan Market LLC. Every order placed on this website is a contract between you and Dracan Market LLC.

Who we are

The address above is a mailing address for letters and legal notices. It is not a store, a warehouse or a returns address. Please do not send products there: a return must follow the instructions we email you, as explained on our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations page.

How we answer

Write to mk.beramicedracan@gmail.com and a real person reads your message and answers it. We reply within 2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Please include your order number if you have one. Our Contact page lists what to include for each kind of request.

What we sell

OREUM sells scalp and hair care, each product on its own, at one price:

• The Scalp Bar, a solid herbal shampoo;
• The Conditioner Bar, a solid herbal conditioner;
• Rosemary & Ginger Scalp Oil, a pre-wash scalp oil;
• the Scalp Massager, a shower scalp brush;
• the Bamboo Bar Dock, a draining dish for the bars.

The bar, the conditioner and the oil are cosmetics. They cleanse, condition and scent the scalp and hair. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, including hair loss. Before you use them, please read the instructions on the pack and our Ingredients & Safety page.

Orders ship from our partner warehouse overseas to all 50 US states and Washington, D.C.

Prices, shipping and returns at a glance

• Currency: all prices are in US dollars (USD).
• Shipping: Shipping is included in the price; there is no separate delivery charge.
• Import duties: Import duties and customs fees are paid by us. If a carrier ever asks you for any, contact us and we will cover it in full.
• Sales tax: where it applies, it is calculated at payment and shown before you pay.
• Delivery: we prepare your order in 1 to 3 business days, transit takes 7 to 12 business days, so most orders arrive about 8 to 15 business days from order confirmation. Every order is tracked.
• Returns: Unopened products in their original condition, and an unused Scalp Massager or Bamboo Bar Dock, can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, an opened or used Scalp Bar, Conditioner Bar or Scalp Oil cannot be returned. A defective, damaged or wrong item is replaced or refunded, even if opened.
• Return postage: paid by you for a change of mind, paid by us when an item is defective, damaged or wrong.
• Refunds: to your original payment method, within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and check the return.
• Cancellations: at no cost, at any time until your order ships.
• Promotions: none at this time. If we ever run one, its terms will be shown with it.
• Online payment: it is not open yet. Until it opens, no order can be placed and nothing can be charged on this website.

Payments and your card statement

• Accepted payment methods: Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay and Google Pay.
• When you are charged: when you place your order, once, for the total shown at checkout. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
• Card security: card details are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, which complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). We never see or store your full card number. Our website is served over a secure HTTPS connection.
• On your statement: the charge appears as OREUM. If you do not recognize a charge, please email us first and we will tell you what it is.

Governing law and disputes

Orders placed on this website are sold by Dracan Market LLC under the laws of the State of Wyoming, as described in our Terms of Sale. This choice of law does not take away any protection that the law of your own state gives you. Our Terms do not require arbitration. We simply ask that you contact us first, so we can try to put things right. See Resolving a problem.

The OREUM name and logo, the design of this website, and its text, photos and graphics belong to Dracan Market LLC or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
