We reply within 2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Email is the way to reach us, and every message gets a written answer you can keep.

What to include

• Your order number, if you have one.
• The name and email address used for the order.
• The product or products concerned.
• A short description of what you need.
• For an item that arrived damaged, wrong or defective: photos of the item, the packaging and the shipping label.
• To change a shipping address: the full corrected address. Please write as soon as possible, because we cannot change the address once the order has shipped.

• Delivery times, tracking and delays: see Shipping & Delivery.
• Canceling an order before it ships: email us with your order number and "Cancel" in the subject line. See Cancellations.
• Returning an item, or an item that arrived damaged or defective: see Returns, Refunds & Cancellations. Please email us before you send anything back.
• Ingredients: ask us by email and we will send you the complete ingredient list, before you order if you like. See Ingredients & Safety.
• A charge you do not recognize: email us before you contact your bank, and we will tell you what it is.
• Privacy requests (access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, opt-out or appeal): email us with "Privacy request" in the subject line. See our Privacy Policy.

Reporting a reaction to a product

If a product does not agree with your skin, stop using it and email us with "Reaction" in the subject line: the product, your order number if you have it, when and how you used it, what happened and, if you can, a photo. We keep a record of every report and handle it as US cosmetic rules expect. If a reaction is serious, get medical care first. See Reporting a reaction.
